FIELD “BOTTLES” MANUFACTURING utilizes sophisticated systems and machinery to insure consistently reproducible accuracy and continually develop new tooling for custom applications. The Company’s facilities are Underwriters Laboratories and soon to be ISO 9001:2000 Certified and equipped with the resources and technology to continually meet your engineering demands and most stringent specifications throughout the entire production process. Our facility reflects the latest in injection blow molding technology. Our machines are equipped with auxiliary equipment such as mold temperature controllers, dehumidifiers, material feeders and dryers that utilize modern microprocessor controls and self-diagnostics.
One of our latest machines is the Husky ISB 125 which is a single-step system designed to produce PET bottles and jars. It combines the renowned performance of the “Index” injection molding system, with a multi-lamp conditioning module and an all servo driven stretch-blow molding unit. This equipment is capable of producing bottles ranging from 25 ml to 2 L. With our state-of –the –art machines we use the latest in technologies in O2, CO2 and UV barrier materials. Our process capabilities and experience with various technologies, materials and colors are very extensive as well.
